Returns are very rare.  If you receive wood that is cracked or has a noticeable surface defect, we will be happy to send you another piece.  For returns for any other reason, the wood must be in original condition and the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges. We ask that any refunds or exchanges be made within 30 days of purchase.

All tonewood has been seasoned (air dried) to an equilibrium moisture content between 8% and 15%.Neck blanks are dried in a wood dryer to speed up the drying process.

All Carpathian wood is harvested during the winter months.  All other wood is harvested year-round.
